Our team of technical staff is sized to serve our clients. You’ll join 12 other staff members. That means you are critical. Not too big, not too small. You will know every day just how important your work is and that you have a team of colleagues to support and be supported by. You will make a difference and be appreciated.
You will be Busy:
If you’re looking for a role where you can say “I can’t believe it’s already 5pm!” then this is the place for you. Your days will go by fast. Our team of dispatcher and service manager make sure you get to stay focused on your craft and the thing you love to do, solve technical problems! You will not be sitting around waiting for something to happen, we make things happen.

We do not sit still, relying on old technology or skills. You will learn new technologies and take on new challenges. We do not want our staff to become complacent or stuck with old skill sets. All IT people say they know security. But not all have a good handle on cybersecurity. At BSSi2, we not only talk the talk, we walk the walk. We have a cybersecurity division, called Security Fanatics, led by our Chief Security Fanatic Nick Espinosa. He is a national speaker on cybersecurity, has a radio talk show, writes about technology for Forbes.com and helped create the cybersecurity curriculum for Roosevelt University. You will be part of this team and receive training as well.
BSSi2 is not new to the IT field. Our owners each have over 25 years experience in the industry. Currently, no technical person at BSSi2 has less than 5 years field experience setting up computers and networks.
